Synopsis:
A mysterious group of ninja led by Kamen Rider Fuma from VR space plan to destroy the real world and will battle the Kamen Riders. Kamen Rider Ex-Aid will utilize a VR headset in collaboration with Sony's PSVR and the Mighty Creator VRX Gashat to transform into Creator Gamer to stop this threat. Creator Gamer can create his own weapons such as swords and missiles to attack enemies.
