Synopsis:
As lelouch under the guise of Zero, under his leadership, the Black Knights,a group of revolutionaries to overthrow Britannia, grow in strenght exponentially. Meanwhile, Suzaku has been appointed as the Third Princess, Euphemia's exclusive knight. Now both of them have chances to show thier strenght, and thier fates begin to change. As the sub-viceroy of area 11, Euphemia announces her intent to form the Special Administrative Zone of Japan. However, with the establishment of Special Administrative Zone,the existence of the Black Knights is no longer needed. Thus, Lelouch is trying to negotiate with Euphemia in order to protect what is important to him and also to solve this deadlock...
