Synopsis:
One month after the Cannibalism incident, the Armed Detective Agency are awarded by the Ministry of Justice for ensuring the safety and protecting Yokohama during the fall of Moby Dick. Later, the Agency received an urgent request from the government which is involved four murder cases of young parliament members. These are the signs of the death of the Highest Angel, and the Agency must stop the fifth murder to prevent something bad happens. And what they do not notice that this is maneuvering by the cunning Fyodor whom is currently in jail. Will Nakajima Atsushi overcome the biggest crisis ever?
