Synopsis:

Doctor Nobuki Kobayakawa is fed up with his relationship with colleagues at the hospital, as well as with his very jealous wife.
One day, Nobuki’s college buddy and lawyer, Kyosuke, invites him to attend a bonsai class. There, he meets Kana Sakuta, and soon falls in love. Kana has a secret past that only Kyosuke knows about.
Things get complicated between Nobuki and rival doctor Hayato Takebayashi, when it is rumored that Nobuki will soon get a promotion. Meanwhile, the busier Nobuki becomes, the more jealous his wife becomes. Nobuki can no longer stand it when his wife becomes nearly paranoid, causing him to have a one-night stand with Kana. Right after this incident, Kana suddenly disappears.
