Synopsis:
Police sergeant Togashi Masayoshi (Takahashi Katsunori), a senior detective of Yokohama Minato-cho Police Precint's Fourth Section leads a team of strong players - Iinuma Reiko (Uchiyama Rina), Yamashita Manabu (Hirayama Hiroyuki) and Shibata Haru (Suzuki Kosuke).
The detectives of the Fourth Sub-division pride themselves on having the best arrest rate among all the police precints of the Kanagawa prefecture Police. These villainous detectives, who stop at nothing to solve cases, use other evil ways to close in on the bad persons targeted and hunt down criminals through actions that are barely legal. Despite such devious action taken, they always arrest the ultimate villains in the end. Then, Satonaka Keiichiro (Koizumi Kotaro), the new head comes to the Fourth Sub-division. He is an elite who brims with a strong sense of justice...
