Synopsis:
To escape from her husband's physical abuse, Tadashi (Sawaguchi Yasuko) leaves home with her son Ryota (Tanaka Sosei). Tadashi and her son arrives in a village by the sea. The mother tries to find a place to stay and a job, but it's not easy. Tadashi doesn't know what to do. Then, single mother Kumi (Hokuto Akira), who works at a real estate office, approaches her.
With the help of Kumi, Tadashi is able to find a place to stay and begins a part-time job at a sushi restaurant. When a male customer taps her on her shoulder at work, Tadashi has a flashback to when her husband physically abused her. Tadashi suddenly drops to the floor and is unable to move. A woman then saves Tadashi out of the highly uncomfortable moment by using her wit. The woman's name is Toko (Takahata Atsuko), the president of a single mothers organization.
