Synopsis:
The world is filled with pests... fake food, high-school girls loitering aimlessly on the streets, "black" companies, illegal drugs... and they are not disappearing anytime soon. It is with this intention to eradicate these things that the Community Safety Bureau (CSB) was set up. One such person who continues the fight is Asakura Souhei, working at the CSB's Special Crime Prevention Division. A man that you wouldn't spare a second glance. However, he is good at putting such pests away, especially those that seem to be above the law.
